Drawing upon the resources of the Joseph B. Grossman Fund, the Center reproduces and distributes research papers prepared by faculty and students.

A mailing list of key scholars and policy makers interested in the work of CAPS is maintained and kept up to date, and a copy of each occasional papers is sent to these individuals. Authors or papers also identify other scholars and policy makers who may be interested in their specific papers, and copies are sent to these individuals as well.
